    About TN Drift Away Guide Service

    My Story


    My name is Brenda Thibeault, I am a licensed, female, local guide. I've been fly fishing, hiking and hunting since I was 12 yrs old, started out in NH. I'm also an avid outdoor photographer. I went through guide school on the Wind River Indian Reservation in the Big Wind River Canyon, Thermopolis, WY. I've also been through Mac Browns Casting Instructor Class in Bryson, NC and Wanda Hair Taylor's Casting Classes in Dalton,GA. I also have a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales College. I pride myself on providing unforgettable experiences, and dedication to customer satisfaction that is second to none.

    My Services

    I offer a wide range of fishing trips to cater to all skill levels and preferences. Whether you're a seasoned angler looking for a challenge or a beginner looking to learn the basics, I've got you covered. My services include guided float trips, including equipment unless you want to use your own, and instruction. Right now I am only guiding on the weekends, because I work full time as a machine operator and  I am doing 1/2 day floats on the Clinch River, you'll need to decide on the upper end (Miller's Island to Peach Orchard, about 3 miles) or the lower end (Peach Orchard to 61 Bridge, about 7 miles).
